Hispanic Baptist Association of Indiana
Hispanic Baptist churches, united by the gospel across Indiana.
We are a network of Hispanic Baptist churches strengthening one another, planting new congregations, and cooperating in the mission of making disciples of all nations.
What we do
Three pillars of our cooperation
01
Strengthen
We support existing Hispanic congregations through fellowship, training, pastoral care, and shared resources, while respecting the autonomy of each local church.
02
Multiply
We support new Hispanic churches and missions in priority areas of Indiana, raising up indigenous leaders for long-term health.
03
Cooperate
We participate in the Cooperative Program and in the initiatives of the State Convention of Baptists in Indiana (SCBI), in alignment with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000.
~600,000
Hispanic and Latino residents live in Indiana, about 8.8% of the state’s population. Many communities still lack a healthy Spanish-speaking Baptist church. Why Indiana →
